At last! The long-awaited Fukuoka Marathon 2025 runner registration officially opens today.

This year, the number of participants has been expanded from 12,000 to 13,000, and the priority slots for overseas applicants have also increased from 500 to 1,000.

The race starts in Tenjin, the vibrant center of Fukuoka City, and takes runners through stunning coastal and mountain scenery before finishing in scenic Itoshima.

Under the event slogan, “Connecting People. Connecting Cities. Connecting to the Future.”, we are working hard so that more people can fully enjoy an even better marathon experience that the Fukuoka Marathon has to offer.
